100% SPONTANEOUSLY FERMENTED WILD ALE
WITH ORANGES FROM RAVECCHIA / BELLINZONA
This beer is the gift of a single tree. A tree that grows in Ravecchia, an ancient district of the
town of Bellinzona in Switzerland. On a cold February day, we harvested its oranges, peeled
and dried them. Finally, we cold-infused them in a barrel containing a spontaneously fermented
beer, aged for 4 years in oak barrels sourced from local Merlot wine producers.
