Eutropia celebrates the union of beer and wine. The Merlot grapes from the vineyards of Vigana, above Bellinzona, together with the barley malt grown on the Magadino plain and the yeasts present in our ancient cellars dating back to 1878, give us a complex wild sour beer, featuring notes of leather, wood and earthy cellar-like aromas.
