Barrel-Aged Wild Rye Beer infused with bergamot mint and lippia, originally brewed as a pilsner-style beer by Bierlab in Zürich. This beer was transported to the ancient cellars of Arbànt in Bellinzona, where it spent over 3 years in oak barrels. A sour and complex beer with citrus and herbal notes.
