RASPBERRY BARREL AGED RAW & WILD ALE
Raw wild ale fermented and aged for over 3 years in oak barrels sourced from local Merlot wine
producers.. At the end of fermentation, we added 300g/liter of raspberries and allowed them to
ferment completely in contact with the beer.
